Registration Renewal 2019

Registration renewal is now open. It is easy and secure to renew your registration online with a credit card. Please follow the instructions below to renew your registration online:

  1. Go to
  2. Log in to your online account by clicking Registrant Login
  3. Once you have logged in, click Renewal of Registration from the menu and follow through the renewal steps.

This year’s renewal period begins on December 1, 2018 and will close on January 31, 2019. If you have not paid by February 1st, you will be required to pay a 35%  reinstatement fee. After April 30th, your registration will be CLOSED and you will be required to submit a new application to regain your registration.

You can also print a Paper Renewal Form and submit it along with payment to the College. However due to the current Canada Post strike, it is strongly encouraged to complete your renewal online. Cheques will only be accepted until January 15.

You may print your tax receipt which also serves as your confirmation of registration through your Registrant Login. Simply click on invoices and receipts.

If you don’t intend on renewing your registration, please let us know in writing that you would like your registration closed. Please keep in mind that once your registration is closed, you will need to re-apply to the College should you wish to obtain registration again in the future.

Full or Clinical class: $255
Non-Practising class: $63
New Grad or Provisional: $200

Jan 31st 2019 Renewal period ends – if not renewed, registrations will be cancelled
Feb 1st 2019 Total fee (renewal fee plus reinstatement fee) required to reinstate 

Full or Clinical class: $344
Non-Practising class: $85
New Grad or Provisional: $270

Apr 30th 2019 Registration closed – if not reinstated, registration will be CLOSED
